Activation Coordinator – Brandspace
Your opportunity
Supporting the Brandspace Retail Partner Experience team to deliver and execute activations and manage operational processes within the centre portfolio. You will be the custodian for customer, team and business partners and promote a seamless and practiced campaign execution aligning with business risk standards.
Role responsibilities:
* Support RPX team to deliver retail activations, monitoring and managing shared inbox, preparing, and distributing weekly reports, review CX audits and manage ongoing internal collateral.
* Lead and support BrandSpace business partners of elevated risk categories, ensuring process is followed, requirements are understood, and active demonstration of safe operation and activation within our Westfield environment is achieved.
* Manage, develop, and implement guidance for WHS risks, processes, and overall incident management for BrandSpace.
This role is permanent, full-time. We are open to this role being based in SYD VIC or QLD.

* Intermediate Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, OneDrive, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* WHS experience preferred but not essential.
