Client Executive | Osborne Park
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our close knit HIA Team.
Joining a high performing team, the Client Executive will be responsible for dealing with the insurance policies for existing HIAIS clients as well as attending to some inbound new business enquiries.

What the day will look like
4. Daily phone interaction with existing SME clients regarding their ongoing insurance / risk needs.
5. Building strong rapport with each client through listening to their needs and wants.
6. Asking thorough questions about client’s requirements and providing suitable education on additional HIAIS products and services where applicable.
7. Providing on the spot support to client queries, as well managing multiple ongoing communication with more complex client needs via phone, email and in-person.
8. Regularly collaborating with the Client Manager regarding your ongoing workload / development.
9. Daily interactions with colleagues to receive, and provide them, ongoing support regarding client requirements.
10. Responsible for Credit control of all their client invoicing i.e. debt management, payment enquiries and settlements.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
This position will suit someone with the following experience:
11. Comparable client servicing experience.
12. Insurance industry experience advantageous.
13. Tier 1 Accreditation or willingness to obtain.
14. Strong experiences using software programs, such as CRM / MS Excel and Outlook.
15. Eagerness to grow a career in insurance.
16. Ability to multi-task and complete various complexity of tasks to deadlines.
17. Ability to assess, and complete, work with a high level of attention to detail.
