Compensation Analyst
Are you a seasoned compensation professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization? We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our client's team in Northern Virginia. This is a key role that will drive the company's compensation strategy and ensure they attract, retain, and engage top talent. Your expertise will help the company maintain equitable and competitive salary structures. As the Compensation Analyst, you will lead the development, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, communication, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in managing compensation programs and designing salary structures.
* Strong preference for professional designations such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
* Must be technically proficient in US federal, state, and local compensation laws.

* Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days out)
Compensation:
$90,000-$100,000
