Key Projects: Project 1: SharePoint Intranet Conversion Project 2: Staff communication platform replacement Skills and Experience: Proven experience in change management roles, particularly in technology-driven projects with a communications focus. Strong knowledge of SharePoint as an intranet platform, including experience supporting users in site management and content creation. Familiarity with Facebook Workplace or similar platforms is advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of teams across operational and corporate functions. Experience developing and delivering training programs, support materials, and reference documentation. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
