The Role & The Team
As a Contract Management & Assurance Advisor you will support your business stakeholders with procurement systems and process support to enable effective and efficient contract management. Be instrumental in helping the business build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with cross functional stakeholders, suppliers and vendors, ensuring that contracts are not only legally sound but also strategically aligned with business goals.
* Act as a subject matter expert for the source to manage system and provide comprehensive advice and guidance to the business group on the associated system processes and setup of contracts.
* Actively undertake and support contract and supplier management activities in and across Airservices procure to pay system and respond to business enquiries and requests related to setting up workspace environments and other system attributes.
* Actively undertake and support the business to complete in system updates such as terms and conditions setup, pricing terms setup, supplier compliance information and other activities as required to ensure that contract management activities are effective across the organisation.
* Undertake assurance activities and status monitoring within and across the systems to advise on potential compliance issues, and advise business owners, contract managers and the procurement services team on potential issues and recommendations.

The Person
* Proven ability to interpret and apply complex organisational frameworks and policies with previous exposure to contract management.
* Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication, a proactive, solution-focused mindset, and a natural ability to build relationships. Enthusiastic and motivated, with a logical approach to problem-solving.
* Proven ability to work in a team environment, support team members, ability to follow and apply processes, policies and procedures and to demonstrate imitative to communicate potential opportunities for improvement in seeking efficiency and best practice.
* Proactively takes ownership and acts with integrity to deliver required results with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Strong knowledge of source to manage systems and contract management functionality in particular.
