What role will you play? As a Change Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering the Commodities and Global Markets Data Strategy. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Senior Change Managers and the Change Lead to execute the change management plan by gaining a deep understanding of stakeholder groups, assessing change impacts, and identifying training needs. You will create engaging materials to bring users along the journey and employ a human-centred approach to identify appropriate change interventions, ensuring readiness for the changes. You will manage competing priorities with ease and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of change activities.
You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering the best experience for our stakeholders. As a valued member, you will be self-organised, collaborative, and deliver to a high standard. Build and maintain strong, trusted stakeholder relationships, ensuring expectations are managed with clarity of dependencies, deliverables, and issues.
