We are looking for a Perth based Cluster Manager to join their team – working across Perth DFO, Karrinyup and David Jones you will lead highly successful retail and outlet stores – you are an effective people leader and business driver. We are looking for someone who will lead by example and set high standards for customer experience, constantly searching for new ways to surprise and delight customers.
The Role | You will be focused on developing and upskilling your team – ensuring that you recruit the right talent that complements the team strengths, and you are skilled at having constructive conversations that benefit your team to achieve their personal and professional goals.
You will work back with the support office to build your business with the right systems, product and people. You will have a strong understanding of the local market and network effectively to ensure that you capitalise on marketing that could benefit your business.
You will have built your reputation on positive leadership, you approach your role with optimism and a commercial eye, and you understand how important relationships are to success.
The Skillset |
1. Having previous experience in an outlet or fast paced retail roles or service industry is highly preferred.
2. You should have at least 2 years previous experience in managing a team of at least 15-20.
3. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail, a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
4. Dedicated individual with a proven record in multi-site management, leadership, and team development
5. Leading your team of Store Managers and their wider team to success.
6. Outstanding communication and planning skills displaying strong business acumen.
7. Ability to work in a fast and dynamic business is crucial.
8. Recruiting, coaching, and developing the right people for long term succession.
9. Identify trends and opportunities that align with our values.
10. Implementing our brand's values through staff and store presentation.
