Clough has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our Project Ceres Team. In this key role, you will be the focal point providing administrative support to the in-house resourcing function across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Your focus will include: Administration of project / recruitment specific documents and site entry requirements Scheduling interviews, medicals and related assessments. Conducting phone screening and reference checks. Maintenance of recruitment and HR records through Workday, and other related systems. Issuing new starters packs and ensuring all documentation is completed, collected and electronically filed in Workday. Assisting with compliance reporting including license/ tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas etc Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, supervisors and clients. What you will bring to the team To succeed in this role, you will be a highly motivated and process driven individual, with a strong eye for detail and excellent time management skills. You will have previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced project environment, ideally with a background in both blue and white-collar recruitment teams.
