* Job title: Community Occupational Therapist
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + super
Location: Bendigo, VIC
As a registered NDIS health provider, our Client provides a range of community-based, allied health services to people of all ages & of all abilities. You will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, & centre-based services. Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicare or privately. It is a mobile role, with the option to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients.
o Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
o Working within the NDIS to maximise clients level of function, capacity & social engagement
o Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications (in relevant fields)
o Timely documentation & report writing
o Managing a varied caseload
o Meeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)
o Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required )
o Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
o Working across leading software platforms & online tools

Essential Requirements:
o Relevant Tertiary qualifications in related field
o Discipline-specific professional registration (i.e., AHPRA)
o Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
o NDIS Worker Screening Check
o Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
o Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
o Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle
o Car insurance
o Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
o First Aid (optional)
