We are looking for a dedicated Optical Dispenser to join our team and help patients achieve their visual goals in a welcoming, professional environment.
About the Role:
* Assist patients with optical sales and fashion selection, ensuring the best visual and style outcomes
* Manage inventory and visual merchandising to maintain a fresh, dynamic display of frames and products
* Provide administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day practice operations
* Full-time or part-time job share options available
* Monday to Friday, no late nights
What We’re Looking For:
* A passion for retail and healthcare
* A proven team player with great interpersonal skills
* Experience in optical sales, fashion, or related fields
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (advantageous)
* A commitment to delivering personalised patient care
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: $55k – $75k, commensurate with experience and hours
