What you'll love Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Field Sales Manager will be managing a team of Area Sales Managers across Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle, generating business through existing accounts as well as new business development, selling waste management solutions.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy leading a sales team through day-to-day sales activities, providing exceptional value to build enduring brand-customer relationships, increasing market share and achieving revenue targets for Remondis.
Key Responsibilities Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets Develop and implement localised sales and marketing strategies and tactics Monitor KPI's and develop individual and sales team performance Uphold REMONDIS sales team values and behaviours Establish and develop strong stakeholder relationships across the business Establish and develop productive and professional relationships with key decision makers across Sydney based accounts Negotiate and close agreements with larger customers Monitor, analyse and continuously improve performance metrics Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs Liaise with Marketing to ensure on-brand consistency and correct collateral Who you are Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or account management role with excellent customer service skills Self-motivated, results driven with demonstrated people management experience Highly experienced in developing strong positive relationships Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads in a high-pressure sales environment Computer literate with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Professional approach with excellent communication skills, written and oral Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills Current Drivers Licence Desirable Previous experience in Industrial Services and/or Waste Management Exposure to the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) industries Reasons you'll stay Team: You'll have the support and direction you need to be successful and a wonderful team around you to make coming to work a joy!
