The Role:
· Lead health and safety initiatives, fostering a WHS culture.
· Review and advise on WHS policies and legislation
· Advise management on WHS responsibilities and provide monthly reports.
· Conduct and supervise accident investigations and corrective actions.
· Develop and monitor WHS and Risk Management training programmes.
Your Profile:
· Demonstrated experience working in a similar WHS & Compliance role.
· Experience in the Aged Care sector.
· Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
· Excellent communication and advisory skills for management and staff.
