Shivay Management Pty Ltd t/a Pizza Hut Shellharbour is seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our busy restaurant.

Job-type: Full-time Location: Shellharbour NSW 2529 Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: ·Independently manage, oversee and coordinate store activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
·Monitor sales figures, adjust strategies, and implement promotions to boost revenue.
·Ensure stock availability by managing inventory levels, placing timely orders, and minimizing wastage.
·Plan in store promotional displays and decide on pricing to execute specials as per demand on weekly and monthly basis ·Address customer concerns and ensure an excellent experience.
·Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food handling regulations.
·Analyses business performance, prepare sales reports, and identify areas for improvement.
·Lead and train team members to maintain high service and performance standards.
·Ascertain the quality and standards of all sale items in accordance with Pizza Hut Shellharbour ·Organize staff rosters efficiently to balance productivity and labor costs.
·Drive customer engagement initiatives to increase repeat business and brand loyalty.
·Implement effective cash handling and security measures to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in in a leadership/managerial role managing a store/fast food chain restaurant Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
An extensive experience can substitute the requirement of qualification.
At least one-year Australian proven experience as a Retail Manager Strong understanding of sales trends, financial management, and inventory control.
Background in staff supervision, training, and team motivation.
