About the role: Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, this role is a key enabler within the Organisational Development team to deliver best practice and contemporary organisational development and corporate learning services across SALHN.
The Organisational Development team values the unique perspectives and experiences that individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and abilities bring to their work.

Duties for the role will include: Contribute to and/or lead organisational development and learning projects which support SALHN's strategic directions, Develop and support effective leadership and management development programs and initiatives, Contribute to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers, Support Workforce Services Business Partners to develop and implement initiatives that build people skills and capability in the business (e.g.
team leadership, team dynamics and effectiveness, performance development, respectful behaviour, change management).
About you: Proven ability to think strategically and conceptualise to provide tailored Organisational Development & Learning (ODL) solutions in response to organisational workforce related problems, Significant experience in strategic workforce projects including the ability to effectively manage, plan, deliver and evaluate organisation-wide projects, Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and communicate with a diverse range of people through fostering and maintaining effective working relationships, including the ability to lead cross-function collaboration, Experience in developing and implementing OD programs including, leadership development, high performing teams, workplace culture, staff surveys and change management.
