We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kilsyth VIC, leading and optimizing engineering projects and maintenance procedures. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project management experience to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure all Health and Safety Documentation regarding maintenance activities reflects legal and business EHS requirements, i.e. (Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, Manual Handling, EPA, etc). Create and implement daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site. Create and implement daily/weekly start ups and shut down procedures across the production lines. Collaborate with technical teams to develop, validate, and prioritize engineering features and improvements. Implement and document maintenance procedures, including tracking expenses and preparing daily progress reports. Develop and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) based on best practices is carried out effectively. Use computer-aided design (CAD) and maintenance software (MEX, SAP) to support project planning and execution. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to engineering teams. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including leadership and conflict resolution.
