About us:At our Community Care Units, we provide medium to long term mental health care and rehabilitation in a supervised residential setting for people aged between 18-64 who are in recovery but require support to transition to independent living. The team at the unit support residents and help them develop skills required to live in the community.About the role:This role delivers high quality evidence based clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes for consumers with mental illness in a Community Mental Health setting.
