As part of its expansion, the business is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support key financial initiatives and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
This is a six-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to contribute to long-term strategic initiatives.
The Role Support the refinancing process by preparing high-quality financial reporting packs that provide clear insights for external stakeholders.
Enhance monthly management reporting at a Country level, ensuring financial performance is linked to operational metrics and variances are well understood.
Work closely with Country Heads of Finance to validate revenue models, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and budgeting.
Prepare the monthly group financial report for the Board, delivering timely, accurate, and insightful analysis.
Drive transparency in the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
Partner with the leadership team to develop medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans.
About You You are a CA/CPA/CIMA qualified FP&A professional with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, decision support, financial modelling, and business systems.
You have a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex financial processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Your analytical skills and commercial acumen enable you to provide meaningful insights that support business strategy.
