Due to ongoing success, we are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in QLD where you'll play a pivotal role in our growth and success. This is a newly created role within this business, and we are ideally looking for someone who is willing to build the client network. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in developing, nurturing, and expanding our current client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, strategizing solutions, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role demands a proactive approach in identifying growth opportunities, managing client expectations, and driving revenue through effective business development and account management. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to build and strengthen existing workloads. Develop strategic account plans to grow existing business and secure new opportunities. Collaborate closely with our Branch Managers in Gladstone, Mackay, and Brisbane to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Review monthly sales figures and continuously prepare sales strategies for the month ahead. About You: Proven experience in a BDM role in a similar industry is very advantageous. Strong communicator with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders across multiple locations. A great attitude, willingness to learn, and discipline. Excellent communication, time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
