As the Senior Manager, Sustainability Reporting & Governance, you will play a pivotal role in managing governance, risk, compliance, and the preparation of sustainability reporting and disclosure for the BOQ Group.
Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will lead the governance of our sustainability program, support the delivery of initiatives enhancing our integrated reporting and control environment, and collaborate with various departments to manage the design and delivery of sustainability-related reporting and disclosure. Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to achieve attention to detail while being concise and articulate. You will have a collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple issues and stakeholders in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude, a curious and inquiring mind, and the capability to multi-task and run a variety of activities/projects simultaneously will set you apart.
