Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our People team in Brisbane. The role is responsible for providing coordination, administration, and general support to the Learning & Development function.
1. Under the guidance of the Learning and Development Manager, assist with migration of training information and data from sources into the Learning Management System (LMS), Safety System and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
2. Manage training records and talent data to ensure audit requirements are met.
3. Administer the LMS, including assigning learning modules, managing course completion, maintain accurate learning data and providing support to employees relating to their access and use of the LMS.
4. Under the guidance of the Learning and Development Manager, reviewing existing e-learning courses and uploading new online modules into the LMS as required.
5. Provide L&D administrative support including scheduling courses, booking venues, printing training materials, recording training attendance, issue feedback surveys and coordinating IT equipment, catering and travel requirements for BESIX Watpac internal training programs.
6. Support training administration and operations across BESIX Watpac nationally when required.
Qualifications
This role will suit and experienced Coordinator or Administrator looking to take the next step in their career. The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
7. Strong systems skills, and demonstrated experience administering training systems and databases or ability to pick up new systems and software easily and quickly.
8. Strong attention to detail and high level of organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks simultaneously within set time frames.
9. Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus.
10. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded and commitment to ongoing learning and skill development a must.
11. Training administration gained in a medium to large organisation will be highly regarded.
