Generous salary packaging options Strong connection to community and innovation 1 day per week, with potential for increased hours with service growth About the role Due to the growing demand, and our strong focus on providing care to achieve equitable outcomes, NRCH is expanding its paediatric services to encompass child psychology, to ensure we are able to provide the right support and care to children and families. In this role, you'll provide individual assessments and therapy while working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, often in our newly created Family and Child Hub environment. It's a chance to make a real difference in a collaborative and welcoming environment. In this role you will:
Conduct psychological assessments and provide therapy for children and their families Collaborate with a range of allied health professionals, GPs, and paediatricians to deliver integrated care Support the ongoing development of paediatric services at NRCH Contribute to a diverse service that directly impacts the health and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals About you Are you a passionate psychologist eager to work in a multidisciplinary community health setting?
Key selection criteria: Registered or provisional psychologist (all levels of experience are encouraged to apply) Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments (Autism and ADHD assessment experience desired but not essential) Interest and knowledge in child development, mental health disorders, and therapeutic interventions Strong commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of the community through high-quality, integrated care Closing Date: 28 March 2025 For questions, please reach out to Isabella Fisher at
