Job Title: Support Role in Project Management

Brisbane Infrastructure is responsible for asset management, infrastructure planning, design, project management, construction, services, maintenance, and transport operations.
The City Projects Office delivers projects and programs through effective project ownership, management, and planning and design. We work in partnership with areas across Council and industry to provide world-class infrastructure that enhances Brisbane's lifestyle for its residents.
The Role
This role supports the General Manager with day-to-day operations, including diary and email management, review of approvals and submissions, and minute taking. The successful candidate will be an experienced and proactive customer service specialist who can build strong relationships within CPO and throughout Council.
To be successful, you will have:
* Demonstrated ability to provide high-level confidential administrative and business management support to senior management.
* Advanced written and oral communication skills, with experience in preparing business reports, correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes.
* High-level office management and organisational skills, including task and time management.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective office management systems and processes.
