Overview
We have a fantastic leadership opportunity available for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to provide pivotal leadership and coordination of high quality, responsive and individualised patient/client care delivery at Tumby Bay Hospital multi-purpose site.
In this role, your main focus will be the line management, coordination and leadership of nursing/midwifery and/or multi-disciplinary team activities to achieve continuity and quality of patient/client care and outcomes. To achieve this, you will integrate contemporary information and evidence with personal experience to support the decision making, innovative thinking and objective analysist that are expected at this level knowledge underpinning and informing your ability to support and lead clinical services and management activities that contribute to improve and optimise nursing/midwifery care.
