Our client is currently seeking to hire a Commercial Director who will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions that contribute to the overall success and being a key architect of their growth strategy across Cyber and Cloud. Responsibilities: Proven success in leading sales teams (Cyber Security or Cloud Consulting). Effective leadership capabilities, inspiring and motivating teams to excel. Polished communication and negotiation aptitude, enabling swift and impactful relationship building. Strategic mindset coupled with a focus on achieving tangible results. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skills/Must have: Proven experience in driving revenue growth through successful sales and marketing initiatives. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. A solid understanding of cyber and cloud technologies to effectively communicate with technical teams and translate technical features into business value.
