Key Role: Client Manager
HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker, providing insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry.
The Client Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of clients. This role will work closely with the team to implement strategies that focus on growth and retention.
This position is critical to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will contribute to driving positive results in the region.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on providing expert advice as a specialist in residential construction.
* Build strong relationships with clients, internal, and external stakeholders to enhance the client experience.
* Identify development opportunities for designated portfolios and design servicing solutions, including additional insurance products and risk management strategies.
* Manage Builders Indemnity Insurance reviews and liaise with stakeholders to obtain best possible outcomes.
* Develop new and profitable business within HIAIS South Australian and Northern Territory regions.
Requirements:
* Solid foundation and knowledge in general insurance, with a passion for risk management and client support.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated individual with a proven track record in driving new business growth.
* Strong technical understanding of Commercial Insurance products.
* Expertise in growing and leveraging professional networks.
* Effective organisational and time management skills.
* Passion for continuous learning and a curious mindset.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
