Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays. Reporting directly to the General Manager at Cruise Whitsundays, the Human Resource Manager will play a crucial role in crafting an exceptional and proactive employee experience that drives retention, development, and growth. At Cruise Whitsundays, you’ll be welcomed by a dynamic leadership team that prioritises employee well-being. Additionally, you’ll have the full support of our HR Operations team within the Journey Beyond group, providing expertise in HR, Communications, Learning, Safety, and Payroll.

Requirements
* Qualifications in Human Resources or in a related discipline (essential).
* Minimum three (3) years in a Human Resource Business Partner/ Manager role in a fast paced, people centric environment.
* Demonstrated experience in shaping key value adding projects, related to HR initiatives.
* People leadership experience in a high-performance environment with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
