This role is designed to foster and strengthen meaningful relationships with our customers at key moments in their customer journey with Hastings Deering.The successful candidate will be responsible for making proactive calls to our existing customers, providing education and assistance with our digital and eCommerce platforms, and ensuring satisfaction with our products/services.
