About the Role: As a Program Leader - Community Supports, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our disability support programs. You'll oversee a dedicated team, ensuring that services are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs while adhering to NDIS regulations and industry standards. This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll collaborate with internal teams, empower staff, and drive positive outcomes for participants. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and implement community support programs in line with participant goals and organisational objectives. Support and mentor staff, ensuring ongoing development through coaching and training. Manage resources and program schedules to ensure effective service delivery. Advocate for participant rights and empower them to make informed decisions about their care. Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, maintaining high-quality, ethical practices. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, rostering, business support) and external partners to foster smooth operations. About You: Essential: Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (and willingness to obtain) or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services. In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance. Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams. Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Compassionate and committed to delivering person-centered care. Desirable: Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health or a related field. Experience in setting up new services and managing multiple sites. Requirements: Current Australian Driver's Licence. Current NSW Working with Children's Check. NDIS Worker Screening Check. Current Police Check. COVID-19 vaccination certificate. Why Join Us?
