Marketing Brand Lead 12-Month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract Location Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane About the role: Design and implement marketing programs and tactics in line with the respective Marketing Strategy & Plan to meet brand and portfolio objectives. More Specifically, you will: Contribute to strategic direction and ongoing optimisation of portfolio programs in consultation with the Marketing Manager and B&C H/O Design, track and optimise marketing programs to contribute to brand, customer and portfolio objectives Ensure close collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to meet brand and overall business objectives including prioritisation of activity based on resources Ensure close collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver class leading marketing campaigns while also meeting our legal, risk and compliance obligations Identify opportunities to test and learn to help deliver more effective marketing campaigns and share learnings to support future activity Develop quality insight-led agency briefs to drive best practice outcomes and optimal ROI Uncover and interpret customer insights to inform customer propositions and campaigns Be a customer and brand & marketing champion with internal stakeholders Share insights and campaign learnings with relevant stakeholders Maintain rolling forecast including monthly budget tasks Drive efficient processes and work practices with agencies and internal stakeholders to meet SOW/ retainer deliverables. Champion marketing processes and WoW in relation to SMS, SEAL, MRAs Build effective relationship with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
