ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A Local Council based in Sydney's south, looking for a Payroll Administrator to assist with the general day-to-day operation of the team's payroll function.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Immediate start, 2-month part-time contract. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, the role will see you working to ensure the accurate, timely processing of weekly pay-runs. In addition, you will assist with any internal employee queries and the processing of payroll tax.
DUTIES.
* Assist with the processing of weekly pay-runs
* Assist with employee enquiries
* Assist team with any payroll or compensation matters
* Process payroll tax and complete reconciliations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar payroll admin position
* Proficiency with Chris21 and Microsoft Excel preferred
* High level of attention to detail and sound problem solving skills
