OverviewJoin our team as a Business Administrator Apprentice within the Haki Group. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from reception duties to customer service and business administration. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will work to gain the skills, experience and knowledge required to achieve a Modern Apprenticeship SCQF Level 6 Business and Administration. Duties Learn and undertake the skills required to be confident and competent in providing effective support to all departments. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Assist with Quotes, Sales and Purchase Orders Collaborate with team members to analyse processes and suggest improvements. Researching and organising promotional merchandise and assisting with social media. Complete all theoretical work requested by your training provider and seek assistance when required. Requirements: SCQF Level 5 in English essential. Working understanding of IT packages e.g. Microsoft Office or similar. Good organisational and time management skills.
