About The Opportunity
Are you a driven professional with a strong background in blood bank/transfusion, hematology, microbiology, biochemistry or molecular genetics? We are seeking a Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining robust relationships with our key customers in clinical diagnostics and pathology across NSW and ACT.
As a pivotal member of the Sales team, you’ll pioneer strategic initiatives to establish Immulab, a brand of ParagonCare, as the go-to partner in the industry.
Responsibilities
* Develop Account strategies: identifying opportunities to increase depth and breadth of spend within the large accounts.
* Drive revenue growth through a commercially minded approach.
* Work autonomously, managing your territory like it’s your own business.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you’re a self-starter with a proven track record in sales. Previous experience within Clinical pathology and Diagnostics or a related industry is essential. You will have a strong track record in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in Clinical Diagnostics and Pathology and facilitating win-win solutions that address customer needs, achieve business goals, and drive revenue and market share growth.
