Portfolio is predominately based within the 1 building close to the office. Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Routine inspections, ingoings and outgoings. Communication with landlords and tenants. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Schedule and carry out open home inspections. The Person: At least two years experience in property management. Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is a must!! Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Valid driver's license and reliable car.
