We are seeking a skilled and organised Administrator for a 6-month contract with our client based in Canning Vale .
This is a full-time Monday-Friday role (38 hours per week) where you'll be at the heart of operations, coordinating field activities and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Your experience with Microsoft, SAP, and other operational tools, combined with your exceptional communication and organisational skills, will set you up for success.
Key Accountabilities: Provide administrative support to the Inspection Services Team Leader Coordinate electronic booking system to schedule work based on priority, due date, geographical location to ensure works are managed effectively Establish and maintain strong networks of internal and external customers Generate monthly reports of the team's work activities and provide to Team Leader for analysis Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy and ethical standards To be successful, you'll need: Essential : Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, Nexus, Grange) Strong written and verbal communication Excellent organisational and scheduling skills Desirable: Knowledge of water, sewer and drainage systems and relevant experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans If you're ready for a new challenge, apply now for this exciting opportunity!
