About the Company This innovative agency is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic marketing automation and CRM initiatives for their top tier clients. (Role open to both Sydney and Melbourne based candidates) What You’ll Be Doing As the Senior Project Manager, you will be the primary client contact, ensuring seamless execution of marketing automation and CRM projects. You will develop and implement strategic automation roadmaps, aligning with business goals to drive results. Managing end-to-end platform implementations, CRM integrations, and email marketing campaigns, you will collaborate with technical teams and internal integration specialists to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your role involves optimising multi-channel workflows, enhancing segmentation, personalisation, and automation. You will provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance, manage multiple client accounts, and ensure high satisfaction. Continuously analysing project performance, you will identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and client success. This is a hybrid role, sitting within the Client Services team, acting as a Project Manager and being the linchpin between the technical teams and the client. What Experience You’ll Need to Apply Proven experience, preferable agency side, as a Project or Account Manager in marketing automation, CRM implementation, or digital marketing. Strong technical knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar). Previous experience managing multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, including email, SMS, and paid media. Experience leading web development and integration projects in a marketing or customer experience context. Strong communication skills and client facing experience. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello). A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform strategy and optimise performance.
