We pride ourselves on delivering a great environment to support our community, our clients and each other.The successful applicant will initially work from Reception, honing their skills within the office and the team, before progressing into 'day-to-day' property management tasks, ensuring you will reach your full potential.Your primary responsibilities will be to: Provide support to the Property Management teamPrepare reports and paperwork to deliver timely and valuable feedbackHandling phone and email enquiriesAssist with any maintenance items Assist with various ad hoc administrationAdhere to compliance and office processesYou: Real Estate experience is highly desired Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is requiredImpeccable written and verbal communication skills Have strong customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitudePossess a good work ethic and friendly nature that is also adaptable to various customer service situationsWill be ambitious with high energy, driven, and hungry for successHave strong presentation, communication skills and forward thinking abilityPossess drivers licence and your own reliable vehicle
