We have been, and remain committed to, efficiently providing the best lighting solutions for our clients.About The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, Team Leader, this role will be part of the Projects team, ensuring all projects run smoothly by managing relationships with retail as well as commercial clients.You will be a liaison between the clients and our internal team by providing overall support of project administration activities including, but not limited to:Resource CoordinationMaintaining work schedules and staged deliveries for commercial as well as retail projectsCoordination of contractors, where necessaryLiaising with warehouse to ensure successful delivery of productManaging stock control for major projectsQuoting, raising sales orders, and issuing purchase ordersPost-project customer / technical supportResponsibilities must be taken in a manner that ensures all technical specifications and quality assurance standards are being met.About YouWe are looking for someone who has at least 2 years prior project administration / coordination experience with exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent stakeholder relationship skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle competing tasks.
