* Rate is up to $51.13 including super per hour

My client, a state government organisation in Brisbane, is looking for an ICT Support Coordinator to join their team.
This role is a great fit if you enjoy both the technical and people sides of ICT support. You’ll be focusing on Microsoft technologies, managing user accounts, and using Intune for device management.
The key here, though, is people skills. Most of your day will be spent providing in-person support to non-technical team members. You’ll either be fixing their problems directly or explaining solutions in a way they can easily understand.
As this is a face to face role, you will need to be based in Brisbane and happy to work in the office 4/5 days per week.

Day to day responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support to the ICT team in resolving technical problems and provide professional, responsive, timely and effective assistance
* Working with Microsoft technologies, including User accounts and Intune
* Effectively deal with customer requests through to completion by providing proactive client communications
* Assist with the operation of server and network environments and associated equipment
