Job Description Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and payroll Process STP and superannuation payments Handle employee onboarding and offboarding Process invoices for suppliers Reconcile accounts payable Creating new vendor accounts and reconciling supplier statements Perform petty cash and staff reimbursement Other ad hoc tasks as needed The Successful Applicant Prior experience in end to end payroll and end to end accounts payable Proven work experience as an Assistant Accountant Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, experience with Jobpac will be highly regarded Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures Time-management abilities Strong numeracy skills Attention to detail What's on Offer Opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team environment Convenient Baulkham Hills location with onsite parking Potential for the role to become permanent based on performance A chance to work in a company that values its employees
