Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$110,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yrLOCATION: BRISBANE OR MELBOURNESolutions ConsultantIPTel Solutions are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team and play a key role in driving successful client engagements.In this role you will partner with IPTel Account Managers to drive a consultative selling approach, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, ensuring solutions are designed, validated, and scoped effectively to meet client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Validation – Assess client requirements, design tailored IT solutions, and validate technical feasibility.Pre-Sales Support – Partner with Account Managers to deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.Implementation Scoping – Define project scope, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth solution deployment.Sales Team Enablement – Train and equip the sales team with technical knowledge to enhance client conversations.Pricing & Work Package Definition – Support pricing inputs by defining work packages and leveraging the Services Catalog and bespoke pricing models.Proposal Development & Sales Collateral – Construct compelling technical and commercial sales proposals, alongside supporting documents that drive value realization.Solution Productisation – Standardise and package repeatable complex solutions into a structured Service Catalog to drive sales agility and best practices.What We're Looking ForStrong technical background in enterprise networking and network security.More than 5 years experience in solution design, pre-sales consulting, and technical validation.Strong understanding and experience with Cisco and Meraki Solutions.A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and delivery teams.About IPTel SolutionsIPTel Solutions, established in 2006, is a leading Australian enterprise networking specialist renowned for designing and implementing high-quality, secure, enterprise-grade networks.
