Diagnosing and interpreting machine faults to get our customers back up and running. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours for billing and documentation purposes. Providing technical advice and support to customers and other service technicians as required. Uphold safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure working environment. The Ideal Candidate should have: Relevant trade qualifications as a Light or Heavy Vehicle, Agricultural or Plant Mechanic (LV or Diesel Mechanic, Cert III). Current and valid driver’s license. Highly organised with great attention to detail Self-motivated and ability to work independently. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Desirable Skills: Agricultural machinery servicing experience (John Deere preferred, other large brands highly advantageous). Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic experience is beneficial. Knowledge of CANBUS systems. Excellent customer service skills.
