About the Role Based at our Narangba site and reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of all workshop and maintenance related activities to meet cost, reliability, availability and safety targets through the efficient use of teams and resources for the Narangba manufacturing facility. The duties and responsibilities associated with this role will include, but are not limited to: Coordinates all workshop and maintenance activities Ensure toolage and operational equipment is available to meet production requirements. Manage spare part requirements for toolage and overhaul work, including requisition requirements. Coordinate equipment and machinery improvements with the assistance of the project engineers. Coordinate and complete preventative maintenance activities. Manage equipment breakdown repairs to minimise downtime including after hour callouts to ensure timely response to resolving any maintenance issues. Provides monthly reports to Site Operations Manager detailing maintenance activities, achievements and KPIs Provides leadership, direction and mentoring to trades team to support a proactive culture. Completes quality checks and ensures that quality inspections/gauging are being completed as required. Ensures that maintenance personnel are working in compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements. About You To be considered for this opportunity you will possess all the following attributes: Relevant trade or manufacturing qualifications Material selection knowledge for tooling.
