The purpose of the business unit is to effectively discharge the statutory responsibilities imposed by the Legal Profession Act 2007 when officers of the business unit are appointed as external interveners.
The position will provide administration assistance following the appointment of an external intervener to a law practice.
Key duties of the role Cataloguing and scanning files.Preparing and perusing documents required to identify owners of files and safe custody.Collating and dispatching files and safe custody.Ideally you will have the following Experience in a similar administration role.Sound written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.By joining QLS you will assist to build a society that genuinely cares about its members, people and Queensland law.
