We're seeking customer-focused individuals to join our team in two exciting roles—Concierge Attendant and Car Park Attendant.

Concierge As the friendly face of our centre, you'll play a key role in welcoming customers and creating memorable moments that encourage them to return.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for: Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
Welcoming customers at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.
Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
Managing administrative tasks such as lost property, answering online and phone inquiries.
Car Park Attendant This role focuses on assisting customers, ensuring efficient entry and exit, and maintaining a well-presented and accessible parking environment.
You'll be proactive and hands-on, anticipating customer needs and creating a positive experience.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for: Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
Managing traffic flow and directing vehicles to ensure a smooth parking experience.
Conducting routine patrols to ensure the car park remains clean, well-lit, and organised, including tidying shopping carts.
Assisting customers and retailers with parking inquiries, providing clear guidance and support.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Both roles are casual positions working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster.

Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality, retail, or guest services.
A valid driver's license (Full or Provisional) is required for the Car Park Attendant role.
