Senior Analyst, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), ANZ - 12-Month Contract

Chandler Macleod is excited to offer an opportunity on behalf of our client, a global leader in the tech industry, for a Senior Analyst, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), ANZ role based in Sydney.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you will execute strategic and personalized marketing campaigns to build strong relationships, enhance reputation, and drive pipeline growth within key accounts in Australia and New Zealand. This 12-month maternity cover contract starts in December 2024 and requires a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with their strategies, including lead generation and nurturing.
* Account Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage key stakeholders within target accounts, fostering strong relationships and trust.
* Personalized Campaigns: Execute custom marketing journeys across various channels, such as events, email, digital, and webinars, to drive account engagement.
* Marketing Collaboration: Partner with local and global marketing teams to leverage all relevant marketing programs, including events, executive engagement, and digital channels.
* Content Development: Tailor marketing content to resonate with target accounts, including emails, case studies, social media, and other collateral.
* Data & Analytics: Use data to uncover insights, measure ABM campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
* Budget Management: Manage the budget for ABM initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution.
Skills & Competencies
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in ABM or a similar field.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to work closely with sales teams.
* Data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to inform and optimize campaigns.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* High level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing and campaign management.
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
