Village Manager
$100K-$110K + Super + Salary Packaging
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Village Manager to join our lifestyle community management team for a client of ours. This role is focused on ensuring smooth operations within the community, fostering strong relationships with residents, and driving villa sales. The Village Manager will work closely with community leadership, residents, and maintenance teams to provide a welcoming, well-maintained, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and meet villa sales targets, including new and existing inventory.
* Generate leads and network through cold calls, events, and community affiliations.
* Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance sales strategies and log sales activities.
* Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
* Oversee contractor activities and manage maintenance requests, working with internal teams to maintain the community and villas.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline.
* Strong conflict resolution skills and a customer-oriented approach.
* Competence with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Background in retirement village management or similar residential community management.
* Ability to prioritise, network effectively, and communicate with residents and staff.
