Your contribution will help shape a high-performance and customer-centric culture within the organization.As a Team Member, your role will entail:Joining the BPAY team and handling operations related to customer files and payment enquiries.Performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.Actioning requests from Business Partners promptly and with enthusiasm, exceeding their expectations.Contributing to building a customer-centric culture and delivering a superior end-to-end banking process.Fostering strong relationships across teams, sharing best practices, and collaborating to enhance the customer experience.Maintaining a high standard of service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of operational needs.This role plays a crucial part in Westpac's vision to be a world-class service company. By providing excellent operational support and ensuring requests are handled promptly, you directly contribute to our goal of helping customers, communities, and people prosper and grow.
