Key Responsibilities Include: Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and barManaging the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the restaurant and barDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clientsManaging, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high performing team culture is maintainedWork closely with the Executive Chef, Hotel Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for Marque Bar and GrillRoster according to department needsCreate budgets and monitor financial performance of the restaurant.Annual salary: $73,347.50 plus super plus relocation allowance.
