The Opportunity: We are taking in an expression of interest for casual Production Operators to join the team at our Erskine Park, NSW and Seven Hills, NSW sites. We are looking for a safety minded, customer focused operators who has a keen attitude and willingness to learn new skills along the way.The Production Operator role is a varied and fast paced role: Perform a range of work tasks relating to packaging, unpacking, shrink wrapping, inspection, labelling, gluing and other production related tasks.Perform work tasks at maximum efficiency without compromising safety and qualityProvide recommendations in your work area to maximise efficiency and improve workflowReport production incidents and machinery breakdowns and assist with corrective actionAssist in setting up packaging equipmentSound knowledge and experience working in a production line, and operating machinery and equipment.Perform work tasks in accordance with Customer Specifications and applicable Standard Operating Procedures.Perform required tasks without compromising Safety and Quality.Ensure correct GMP and housekeeping guidelines are followed.
