Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:
1. Ownership of the relevant subcontracts
2. Administration and documentation
3. Assess variations and claims
4. Profit budget forecasting
5. Financial control reporting
6. Regular client interfacing.
To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:
7. Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
8. Experience working on commercial construction projects in NSW
9. Extensive understanding and proven background managing the Building Services component on major building or civil projects
